Frequently Asked Questions β Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Transit times depend on destination, shipping method, and port/customs processing. Air freight is typically faster than sea freight. Specific transit time estimates are provided at the quote stage based on your destination and the chosen method.
Do you ship complete engines and transmissions internationally?
Yes. Complete engines and transmissions are regularly exported to customers across Africa, the Middle East, the Caribbean, Southeast Asia, and other regions. Heavy units typically ship via sea freight. Packaging is prepared to handle the size and weight of these components.
Who is responsible for import duties and customs?
Import duties, customs taxes, VAT, and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. Canada Parts Exports is not responsible for customs delays or fees at the destination. We recommend confirming requirements with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, tracking information is provided once the shipment is dispatched. The level of tracking detail depends on the shipping method and carrier used for your specific order.
