How It Works

How It Works

Sourcing automotive parts from Canada is straightforward. Here is the process from first contact to delivery at your door.

1

๐Ÿ“‹

Tell Us What You Need

Send us a quote request through our website, email, or WhatsApp. Include your vehicle details โ€” make, model, year โ€” and the part you are looking for. If you have a VIN, part number, or engine/transmission code, include those too. If not, describe what you need as best you can and we will help identify it.

No obligation. No commitment. Just send us the details.

2

๐Ÿ”

We Search Our Supplier Network

Our team searches for the part across our network of suppliers โ€” recycling centres, engine suppliers, importers, and parts distributors in Canada and internationally. If there is more than one option available (different conditions, mileage, or configurations), we will let you know.

We do not make claims about availability until we have checked with our suppliers.

3

๐Ÿ’ฌ

You Receive a Quote

Once we have located the part, we send you a quote. This covers the part price, condition details (mileage, testing status where applicable), and shipping cost to your destination. You review the quote and ask any questions โ€” there is no pressure to commit until you are ready.

Shipping cost is confirmed based on the actual part, its weight and dimensions, your destination, and the chosen shipping method.

4

โœ…

Confirm & Pay

When you are happy with the quote, you confirm the order. Payment terms are arranged directly with the Canada Parts Exports team. Once payment is received, the part is prepared for export.

Parts are packed appropriately for the journey โ€” engines and gearboxes in crates or heavy-duty packaging; smaller parts in protective packaging.

5

๐Ÿ“ฆ

Export & Ship

Your order is dispatched from Canada. You receive tracking information. Depending on the shipping method โ€” air freight, sea freight, or courier โ€” transit time to your destination will vary. This is confirmed in your quote.

Import duties and customs taxes at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer. We prepare export documentation (commercial invoice, packing list) for each shipment.

6

๐Ÿš›

Delivery

Your part arrives at your destination. For sea freight, you or your local agent arrange customs clearance and collection. For air and courier shipments, delivery follows the carrier service for your country.
